AGB - Bergkönig:

Gültig bis einschl. Winter 2013
Laut österr. Hotelreglement wird bei Stornierungen bis 12 Wochen vor Urlaubsantritt, die Anzahlung, abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von € 25,--pro Buchung zurückerstattet. Stornos bis spätestens 1 Monat vor dem vereinbarten Anreisetag, hierfür ist eine Gebühr von 3 Tagen (Appartement oder Zimmerpreis) zu entrichten. Bei Stornierungen später als 30 Tage vor Urlaubsantritt stellen wir den Appartementpreis abzügl. der hinzugebuchten Leistungen in Rechnung. Bei verspäteter oder früherer Abreise, gleich aus welchen Gründen auch immer, gilt dieselbe Regelung.

Cancellations:
Valid until inclusively winter 2013
The Austrian hotelrules says, if cancellations are refunded until 12 weeks before a holidaystart, the earnest money, less a arrangement fee from 25,--€ per booking. Cancellations maximum till one month before the appointed date, therefor is a fee from three days (Apartment or roomprice) to pay. If cancellations are set after one month before the appointed date you have to pay the apartmentprice less the booked benefits. If you come later or go home earlier the Austrian hotelrules says the same!
